G-418, eller geneticin, er en antibiotikum til selektion af prokaryote og eukaryote celler af interest. Resistens over til dette antibiotikum er gives ved den ekspression af to resistensgener naturligt forekommende i visse bakteriestammer og ved transfektion i eukaryote celler.
