CMRL 1066 w/ L-Glutamine w/o Sodium Bicarbonate

CMRL 1066 is a medium formulated for cultivation of mouse L-strain cells without protein supplement. Although originally designed for use in serum free conditions, this medium can be used for growth of a variety of cell lines in the presence of serum. This medium are known for sustain cloning of monkey kidney cells.
Its formulation contains L-Glutamine and no sodium bicarbonate.
