Ham’s F10 medium were originally developed til den clonal vækst af Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) celler, lung celler og mouse L-cells. Ham’s F10 er en medium af choice til supporting den vækst af human diploid celler, white blood celler til chromosomal analysis, primary explants af rat, kanin og chicken tissues.
Because Ham’s F10 medium indeholder ikke protein og vækst factor, det er recommanded serum supplementation depending den celle type og anvendelse.
Its formulering indeholder ikke L-Glutamine.
