Iscove’s medium (IMDM) er en modifikation af Dulbecco’s Modificeret Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) containing selenium, additional amino-acids og vitaminer, natrium pyruvat, HEPES buffer, og potassium nitrate instead af ferric nitrate.
IMDM supports murine B lymphocytes, hematopoietic tissue fra bone marrow, B celler stimulated med lipopolysaccharide, T lymphocytes, og en variety af hybrid celler.
Its formulering indeholder ikke L-Glutamine og HEPES.
