Iscove’s medium (IMDM) er en modifikation af Dulbecco’s Modificeret Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) containing selenium, additional amino-acids og vitaminer, natrium pyruvat, HEPES buffer, og potassium nitrate instead af ferric nitrate .
IMDM supports murine B lymphocytes,hemopoietic tissue fra bone marrow, B celler stimulated med lipopolysaccharide, T lymphocytes, og en variety af hybrid celler.
