McCoy’s 5A w/o L-Glutamine

Originally developed to support liver tumor cells, this medium allows the culture of primary cells from a wide range of tissues (bone marrow, skin, kidney, lung, rat embryos …). It is also an excellent medium for the growth of a broad range of human and rat normal or transformed cell lines.
The medium does not contain L-Glutamine.
